TEMBUSU Asia Consulting has been awarded a contract to work on a conceptual masterplan and design of a Sustainable Integrated Development. This iconic development seeks to integrate various intended functions and uses with its surrounding environment while achieving a strong sense of harmony and uniqueness in its design. Various sustainability aspects will be looked into to address the challenges of climate change, water, energy, and social needs. This project gives TAC the opportunity to display our capability and strength in providing integrated solution towards sustainable urban master plan.
