Independent Review of Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework for International School Operator

TEMBUSU Asia Consulting (TAC) was appointed to conduct a comprehensive review and provide a Second Party Opinion (SPO) for a premier international school operator. The project involved evaluating the alignment of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles (SLBP) 2024 and Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles (SLLP) 2025. This technical assessment ensures that the client’s sustainable financing framework meets international benchmarks for transparency, measurability, and environmental impact.

SDG 13: Climate Action By establishing rigorous tracking of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions intensity, the framework incentivises the reduction of the institution's carbon footprint in line with global climate targets.
