TEMBUSU Asia Consulting (TAC) has been appointed to conduct seagrass field survey at the east of Singapore beach area, located along the Southeastern coast of Singapore. The survey area covers an intertidal zone spanning approximately 4.5 ha.  

The primary objective is to determine the size and distribution of seagrass meadows or patches, map the overall extent of seagrass habitat and assess the percentage cover and species composition of each seagrass species present. As part of the scope of work, TAC will carry out detailed species identification, analyse species distribution characteristics, quantify species-specific cover density and sample collection for further laboratory analysis to supplement field observations.

Covering approximately 4.5 hectares of intertidal zone, the survey aims to map seagrass habitat extent, identify species composition, and measure percentage cover and patch sizes. TAC will also provide species identification, assess seagrass distribution and density, and collect samples for further analysis. The findings will support public disclosure and inform environmental baseline assessments.
