Project Overview

TEMBUSU Asia Consulting (TAC) was appointed to support a prominent Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in the development of its FY2025 Sustainability Report. This engagement serves as a continuation of TAC’s multi-year advisory role, focusing on elevating the client's ESG disclosures across its Singapore and Malaysia operations.

Technical Overview

The project involved a technical gap analysis and the implementation of a structured reporting framework to align with evolving regulatory requirements. TAC utilised quantitative climate scenario analysis to evaluate the financial and environmental implications of climate-related risks. To ensure data integrity, a bespoke collection methodology was implemented, enabling the accurate calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for the reporting period.
